In most of my Instant Downloadable listings I supply both JPEG and PDF files for your convenience. For the best results, the PDF file can be sent or taken to a local printing facility such as The UPS Store, Staples, Office Depot, or similar. These PDFs are print-ready files. The JPEG files can be used at an image processing lab. Please do NOT take the PDF to an image processing lab, as they will not accept this format.

Q: I want to purchase a personalized printable from you, but would you please change the colors and design for me?

A: I would be happy to make slight color alterations in the simple text and/or the solid background color in an item that requires personalizing if you need it, but there may be an additional charge for changing design element colors, so please message me prior to placing your order. Please also remember that any item that is an instant download, the files are available as is immediately upon purchase, so any changes would need to be through a custom order.

Q: I like one of your Instant Download printable wall art / table sign designs but would like it to use my own custom wording. Can you do this?

A: Sure! Just message me and I would be happy to make a custom order for you and let you know how to purchase those files. Please note, though, that it will cost a bit more because it is custom.

As soon as you purchase an instant downloadable item, you will automatically receive an email from Etsy letting you know your files are ready and provide you with that download link. You can also find a download link via your Etsy account (on a computer). Just go to your "Purchases " page. The download link remains associated with that particular purchase.

Instant Download files will not be personally emailed to you.

Please note that the Etsy app is not compatible with all cell phones and mobile devices, so your download links may not show up if you are trying to access them that way. Sign into your Etsy account through a browser or from a computer and the download links will be available on your purchases page.

Because personalizing for each item is very specific, proofs are not applicable and will not be sent. My prices reflect personalizing your file(s) from the information you provide at checkout, so please be sure the information you provide at the time of purchase or via convo immediately after purchase is correct. Once your digital files have been delivered to you via upload to your Etsy account, any changes will be an additional charge, as I will need an open order to be able to upload additional files. Proofs are only applicable for custom orders.

Those files are not automatically made available for you to download upon purchase. Although my turn-around time states "24 hours" for making those files for you, they are usually ready much sooner. The download link(s) will be available through your Etsy account on your purchases/orders page as soon as they have been made and uploaded.

For guest customers, the link to download will be emailed to you from Etsy when the files have been uploaded.

Some printables have a faux foil and/or faux glitter in the design. These elements will not print as actual glitter or foil. To bring out the best when printing these files you may want to use a gloss or pearl finish card stock. Professional printing is always recommended. All files should be printing on white.
