It depends... We might be able to change the colour on certain items., but you should check before ordering.
We can't match colours exactly but can get them pretty close. We are not currently taking custom orders for totally new designs.

We don't do use overnight delivery. We might be able to do priority (one to two day delivery) for certain items in Ireland, but it's expensive and I don't guarantee delivery times since that's out of my control.
If you need something fast please contact me before placing the order, or I may have to cancel if I can't fill it within the time frame you need it.

Individual countries have different laws about import taxes and fees. the buyer is responsible for paying any fees collected when the package is picked up.

We can't mark an item as a gift to avoid paying those fees, that's considered as mail fraud and is illegal.

VAT taxes are charged by individual countries, and laws are different everywhere.

If Etsy is required to collect VAT taxes they will be charged when the sale goes through.

Certain countries have additional customs and postal fees which are imposed when the package is delivered.

It's the responsibility of the customer to check on any laws specific to his or her own country and to pay any additional fees.

All orders will be sent first class unless the customer asks for priority and chooses to pay for the priority upgrade when they purchase.

Etsy provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select.

I can't emphasise this enough, if you have less than a week before you need the item or less than three to four weeks for international customers - DO NOT ORDER unless you're willing to take a chance on the estimates being correct.

The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control.

Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.

If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbours, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan.

In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.

All domestic packages are sent without tracking. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, or other services including signature confirmation, please contact me before purchasing.

International packages are handled differently but the rules for insurance are different.

In general, insurance DOES NOT APPLY unless the package is damaged severely or lost completely, the dates for what's considered lost vary by country.

If a package is damaged please save the packaging since your post office requires photos as proof.

If a package is marked as delivered insurance will not cover anything as far as missing or stolen mail goes.

We can accept returns unless the item is custom made just for you.

If you return something you're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the actual cost of shipping the item won't be refunded.
