***RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY***
Customer service is very important to me. I want this to be a good experience for you and will work with you to correct any issues.
If for any reason you should need to return and item/order, I do have a reasonable exchange/return policy and understand if you wish to return your purchase.
For successful exchanges or refunds, items must come back unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was received in (odor free, no pet hair etc.) and within 21 days of receiving your order. I must receive any returned item before a refund is issued.
Please Note - I will no longer be accepting any returns COD via UPS, Fedex, DHL or any other similar couriers. Please utilize either USPS or Canada Post.

For US Residents:
Items must be returned in the same/original package that you received the order in. Once you've achieved that and the package is secure, write RTS on the exterior of the original packaging and drop it off with USPS. It will be returned the the address on the original shipping label printed by me.

All of the items in my shop are made after time of purchase are made in my shop by me from start to finish.

At the moment, most fabric and colour choices I have are subject to change as supplies can be limited at times. However I am using more stock that will be available on an ongoing basis.
PLEASE NOTE: The 95% Rayon / 5% Spandex blend I use in a lot of my listings is a soft, lightweight jersey (160 GSM)

Most of the items in my shop are machine washable in cold water and I suggest laying flat to dry to retain their shape. If you need to delint or remove wrinkles from the washing on an item you can put it in the dryer on COOL NO HEAT for a couple of minutes before laying flat. I always send along a mesh laundry bag for your garment to protect it in the washing machine. Also turning garments inside out when being washed helps prevent possible pilling.

It's always helpful to have your measurements but a general size chart can be found below:
Size Chart:
XSMALL Size 0-2 Up to 32" bust, 24" waist, 34" hip
SMALL Size 2-4 Up to 34" bust, 26" waist, 36" hip
MEDIUM Size 6-8 Up to 36" bust, 29" waist, 38" hip
LARGE Size 10-12 Up to 38" bust, 33" waist, 40" hip
Available in a separate listing:
XLARGE Size 12-14 Up to 40" bust, 35" waist, 44" hip
Or some garments are available in:

XXLARGE Size 14-16 Up to 43" bust, 37" waist, 46" hip
XXXLARGE Size 16 - 18 Up to 46" bust, 40" waist, 50" hip

If you don't fit this general size chart, please ask and we can talk about tweaking your order here and there. Hem lengths aren't set in stone either so if an item is too short or too long, let me know.
Customization of an item in any way from the original designs or sizes on my general size chart are non refundable/non returnable. So if you want to be able to exchange an item I would check out my size chart and check your measurements against those.

Sale items are non returnable / non refundable and are final sales!!!
