Every order is made & shipped by me and I work hard to ensure all orders are processed in 1-2 business days. For an example of "business days": If an order were placed on Friday night after the post office had closed, I would ship the package on Monday/Tuesday.

Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over the speed in which it ultimately arrives to the destination. Please reach out to me with any issues.

I offer returns/refunds if a customer is unhappy with their order. Here are some examples where a return/refund might be desired:
- Your item has arrived damaged during shipping.
- The postal system lost your package and/or it has not arrived after 4 weeks of being in transit (US).
- You're unhappy with your item and seek a refund.

* If a customer seeks a refund, they would need to ship the item back to me, & once received, I will issue a full refund. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
*If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, or has been lost by USPS, I am more than happy to re-send the order, or offer a full refund if the customer prefers.

Trabajo principalmente con medios tradicionales como tinta, gouache, acuarela, acrílico, lápiz de color y grafito, etc., pero a veces disfruto creando dibujos o pinturas digitales cuando me llega la inspiración. A veces también edito o agrego algo a mis obras de arte tradicionales con herramientas digitales como Procreate o Photoshop para agregar texto, cambiar colores, etc.

I work mainly in traditional mediums such as ink, gouache, watercolor, acrylic, colored pencil, and graphite, etc., but sometimes I enjoy creating digital drawings/paintings when inspiration strikes. I also sometimes edit or add to my traditional artwork with digital tools like Procreate or Photoshop to add text/change colors etc.
