* If you order a Priority Mail item from me and it is obviously damaged in shipping, please put in a claim, keep all packaging and file a claim. If not, you will have to send it back and then wait for me to get refunded and then I can refund you. It’s much easier for you to do it.

* If you have a different address in your Etsy account than you provide to me and the package comes back to me because it couldn't be sent to you, I do not refund the shipping cost. That's on you, not my fault you didn't update your account, please be advised.

* I have NO control over the USPS or any of the other shipping providers.

* Please read my full descriptions. I try to note any imperfections on my items.

* If you order from my shop and the package (box) is damaged, or if you hear something rattling in the box and think the item is broken, either reject it or return to sender without opening. If you don’t it will be your responsibility to file the claim to the shipping carrier for a refund. I have no control over the package after I ship it. If you open it and find it’s damaged, you need to file a claim with the carrier to receive a refund. This means keeping ALL CONTENTS AND PACKAGING! All but First Class Mail is insured. Please be advised. I take great care in packaging my items, I too don't want the items to break.

* 95% of my packaging is recycled material, the only thing that isn’t is the tape and sometimes the envelopes.

* I sell a lot of picture frames, most have chipped corners on the glass due to age and use, please be advised.

* USA shipping on a larger items: The shipping is usually high, however if asked ahead of time, I will refund the difference, but not after the purchase.

* Smoke free home.
