Hi all! I'm back after taking a break for several years. A little backstory, I started a t-shirt imprinting shop on Etsy around 2017 and made close to 10,000 sales in about 4 years before I had to make the hard choice to close down. I maintained a near 5-star status that entire time. I absolutely loved my customers and loved what I was doing. The biggest reason for my closure was that my 2-year-old was diagnosed with an aggressive form of stage 4 Neuroblastoma cancer in March 2020; the same month our entire country went into lockdown due to the pandemic.
Her treatment took several years, and thanks to the grace of God and her amazing doctors, she is now thriving. My life has changed dramatically since 2020, and I feel called to share something different with you all at this moment. Since her diagnosis, my family has started a homestead with chickens, a garden, and soon-to-be goats and rabbits. We now live modestly, slowly, intentionally, and, basically, a crunchy lifestyle - with some fast food and soda thrown in occasionally because balance is essential in life. ;-)
With all of these changes, my creative energy has shifted into making the kinds of things we now use every day in our home: small-batch soaps, various types of candles, natural chapsticks, herbal blends, and other handmade goods inspired by the slower rhythm of our life. These are the items I feel excited to offer here now, crafted with the same care and attention I once poured into every shirt order.
For those who loved the t-shirts, thank you. I may bring them back when the time feels right, but for now, I’m following this new path and sharing what feels most meaningful in this season.
