All my items are crafted from natural fibers- so you're fine to machine wash cold with gentle detergent and low tumble dry, and iron as needed on a low setting. As with most fabrics, hand washing and air-drying will prolong the fabric's vibrancy.

Please ask me lots of questions before purchase if you're unsure of anything- I want you to get exactly what you want! Each item is custom made just for you in your specific choice of size and style at the time of order from limited-edition fabrics, so I am unable to accept returns/exchanges. If there is a problem that's my fault, please contact me within 10days with a photo of the problem, and I'll make sure to get a replacement sent ASAP, or a refund if replacement is not possible.

IMPORTANT: For First Class shipping, insurance is NOT included, please select Priority shipping if you are not willing to accept the small risk of "lost in transit". Delays are to be expected due to Covid-19 disruptions, occasionally up to 3 months, please consider this when selecting size. I can not refund due to delays in transit, or unsuccessful delivery attempts (often because customs charges are due or inability to access an address). Items "returned to sender" (usually incorrect address or undeliverable) will be reshipped after payment of the new shipping cost. Each item is custom-made for you at the time of purchase from limited edition fabrics (I don't carry finished stock), for that reason I can not accept returns or exchanges.

I ship via USPS First class (estimated 2-5business days) when available, Priority upgrades (estimated 1-4businees days) are available at checkout. Please note that I can not guarantee delivery dates. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates given by USPS based on the origin and destination zip codes. I can not refund or otherwise reimburse for any USPS transit delays, since they are outside of my control.

Please check your address details carefully. I can not refund/replace if an item is marked as delivered, or attempted delivery.

Any orders returned to me by USPS (usually for incorrect address) will incur a shipping charge at the USPS cost to re-ship the package.

All my sizing is U.S. There is a glitch in the system that incorrectly labels some as U.K.
