Hi everyone!

I wanted to give you a quick heads-up that I'll be traveling over the next week to take care of some family matters.

The shop will remain open and orders are still welcome! Any orders currently being placed will be processed in the order they're received beginning August 15th, so processing times will be a little longer than you're used to.

I'll still be checking messages while I'm away and will respond as soon as I can, though replies may be a bit slower than normal.

❄️ Freezer Use & Condensation (Please Read)

Just a quick heads-up: this case is not designed to prevent all condensation when used in a freezer.

When a cold case is exposed to warmer air (like when opening a freezer), moisture in the air can naturally form inside the case. This is a normal reaction caused by temperature and humidity differences and can happen with any sealed or semi-sealed container.

Some versions of this case include desiccant packs and/or an additional TPU seal, which are intended to help reduce moisture inside the case. While these features can improve moisture control, they do not eliminate condensation entirely, especially with repeated freezer use or frequent opening.

Tips to Help Reduce Condensation:
- Limit how often the case is removed from the freezer
- Avoid opening the case longer than necessary
- Keep desiccant packs dry and replace them as needed
- Minimize repeated exposure to warmer room air
- If moisture appears, simply wipe the inside dry before returning items to storage

These cases are designed for organization and protection. Condensation depends on environmental conditions (temperature and humidity), which are outside of my control.
