First, she was incredibly quick to respond, helpful in planning a custom scrapbook, and communicative throughout the procress. The final result absolutely exceedly even our wildest expectations. We were particularly impressed with the note she left to instruct us of the photo sizes we should use on each page to make adding our own pictures even easier.
