These are the moments that inspire my photography and become the handmade greeting cards you'll find here. Alongside seasonal flowers and landscapes, the collection includes Orthodox Christian imagery, panoramic prints, and digital downloads—each created with the hope of preserving a small moment of beauty.

MY CREATIVE APPROACH - Making these cards is a very hands-on process. They are NOT mass-produced! Each image is carefully selected from the thousands of photos that I take annually. Sometimes, I even go far back into my archives for suitable imagery that would translate into something meaningful. The photos are then edited for clarity and color, printed, and mounted by hand onto quality paper that I have sourced by way of trial and error (and lots of research).

Because I put so much work into each individual card, I see them as small works of art. They are designed to be keepsakes or tiny treasures. This being the case, I also title them and sign them as would be appropriate for a painting or any other artistic creation. Many of my customers have told me that they have put my cards into frames, and displayed them as décor. Or they have brought them to someone as a hostess gift. Finally, I also take a great deal of care to photograph each of my listings (both front and back) so that my customers know what to expect prior to purchasing.

ABOUT MY SHOP - Every card tells a story. And here, you can find many stories; frame-worthy images that will inspire you to write your own meaningful and beautiful messages to the special people in your life. Designed for momentous occasions as well as for those simple sentiments like "thank you" or "thinking of you", you are sure to find a card that will speak to even the most discerning recipient.

These distinctive greeting cards are works of art made from my original photographs. I carefully select and mount each photo onto quality cardstock. I also sign the front along with a title for each image. Each card is also stamped and dated on the back with my handmade logo (yes, these are scaled down prints of my actual hands). The photos are created from my travels to far-flung corners of the globe, or may feature a moody close-up of the glorious flowers in my own garden. Some of my favorite places include "old world" countries like Romania or following the storied romanticism of the Silk Road - from the Republic of Georgia to Venice where I studied the labyrinthine city in depth as a graduate student in art and art history.

As someone with Eastern European roots, I love folk patterns and bright colors. I also have a deep appreciation for flowers. In my particular case, those genes run fairly deep on both sides. One side of my family is Polish, and the other is Russian (with a smattering of Irish thrown in for good measure). In our family, there are many traditions and foods that overlap especially when it comes to the major holidays like Christmas and Easter. Here in my shop, you will find a little bit of everything: Irish clover, pysanky (an Easter egg dyeing technique), a cheery selection of tulips, Celtic crosses, a lonely gondola, onion domes, a country village, and miscellaneous religious iconography. These might be a familiar tradition also found in your own home, but all are presented here like a colorful postcard from your favorite vacation.
