3 out of 5 starsItem is decent, but if you have a dog, the seller doesn't do much design work to keep the beanie on the dogs head. Any mutt will be able to take it off easily. Elastic would have been nice :)

Hello- I'm sorry you felt this way about your hat. I very specifically offered you a refund when you wrote to me (which you declined), and even refunded you the difference in price between the size you ordered and what turned out the be the appropriate size for your dog. Most dogs I've made hats for will keep them on with the ties provided and I did significant research to make this design one that will work for most dogs but unfortunately I'm limited in my ability to knit in elastics based on the design.
