🔍 Where are my Downloads?
For Guests: If you've made a purchase as a guest, a receipt email containing a download link was sent to you post-purchase. Check your inbox for this link to access your files.
For Account Holders: Navigate to "Your Account" (look for the "You" icon in the top right corner), select "Purchases and Reviews," and find your order. You'll see a "Download Files" option in a black box. Note: Downloads might require a desktop or laptop for access. Mobile devices could restrict visibility of the download option depending on the platform's compatibility.

❓ Why Are Downloads Provided as PDFs?
