5 out of 5 starsI took a chance on this cutting board as Mustafa had no reviews or purchases yet and holy cow, I was blown away! The board is so thick and heavy - it is truly heritage quality. It is smooth to perfection and the feet are fully screwed into the wood instead of glued on, so they are going nowhere. It also came in some of the best packaging I have ever seen - there was no chance it was getting damaged in shipping. And it was even marked fragile! And Mustafa kept me updated throughout the entire process, letting me know when he was working on it and when it was shipped. So easy to work with. If you want a high quality kitchen item that is as much art as it is functional, get this cutting board!

Each piece is handmade using olive wood from the Aegean region of Turkey, which is naturally very dense and durable—perfect for a lifetime piece. Your 14 × 18 inch board is also quite substantial, weighing over 22 pounds (10+ kg), showing the quality and character of the wood.
