What is the estimated processing time for orders?
Orders will usually be processed within the same day.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping, but our "Free Shipping" only applies to domestic orders within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Etsy's shipping labels provide a sort of tracking, but not really. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within the first 24-hour period, and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us, so we can figure this out for you. If we need to refund or send another batch of cute stickers, we will do the right thing by you!
What materials are used for your waterbottle stickers and laptop stickers?
Our stickers are made with Online Label Paper and then laminated for added protection!
Are your stickers waterproof and weather-resistant?
While not waterproof, our stickers can take a bit of abuse because of the laminate. This makes them more water-resistant and helps protect them from some elements, but not all.
Can I request custom designs or personalized stickers?
If you have requests, please feel free to reach out to us by sending a message. We will do what we can to help you out!
What should I do if my order arrives with damaged or incorrect kawaii stickers?
If you have any issues with your order, please shoot us a message and we will do what we can to make that right for you!
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We do have a combo discount that activates with 2 or more items in your basket from our shop that is 30% off your entire order!
Can I find your water bottle stickers and laptop stickers in any physical stores?
That's the dream, but we are not there yet! We someday hope to have our cute stickers in stores for you to find!
