I will dispatch your item once I receive payment from you. Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours if I have not made the collar/s, as all collars I make are made to order.

Delivery is by First Class Royal Mail in the UK and either untracked or tracked international shipping for outside of the UK.
UPDATE 20TH MARCH 2020. Due to Coronavirus, I can only send to the UK during this time and not overseas.

I ship to the address given on your order. It is your responsibility that your correct address is given for your order. If your address is incorrect or not in full and the collar/s are undelivered or delayed a refund or replacement collar cannot be issued.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY: You can choose tracked or untracked. However, please note, if you choose untracked international postage and the parcel goes missing, I can only refund the cost of the collar. To be sure please choose International tracked shipping so that you can track your parcel once it is sent from me. I cannot track a parcel unless it is international tracked.

All of my collars are handmade to order, so I will take 1-3 days to make and ship your order.

According to Etsy's seller policy, I send collars to the address that is given by the buyer with their order on the Etsy platform. Please ensure that your delivery/shipping address is updated and/or correct. I cannot give a refund if the delivery address that you give is the wrong one.

Overseas orders take approx. 7-10 days for delivery, however could take longer due to postal timescales which are out of my control once I have posted the item/s.

FOR TRACKED/TRACKED AND SIGNED PARCELS. If one or more attempts at delivery has been made and the parcel either remains unclaimed at the postal depot or returned to me, I cannot refund the items purchased nor the original postage paid. This is because all collars are handmade to order and it is your responsibility to either arrange a re-delivery or collect the items from your local postal facility. In the event your collar/s are returned to me, you will need to pay for another delivery that is equivalent to the original delivery charge.

If the buyer/s cat/s do not agree with any of the collars I make, i.e. cause worn, thinning or balding fur under the collar, irritation or the cat does not want to where a collar and tries to remove it, it is the buyer and/or owner's responsibility to ensure that the collar is suitable for their cat when it wears it, as I cannot and do not accept responsibility. The buyer should regularly check and ensure the collar is fitting correctly and there is no irritation as per the instructions given in my packing note.

I do not use your details other than to process your order. There may be instances when I have to contact you to clarify your order or address. I may let you know of special sales or new products from time to time. I never pass on your details to another person or 3rd party.
