𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚:
Production time varies per product but is generally 2-5 business days but will vary depending on time of year and volume of orders. Birth stat and name signs are generally completed in 2 business days and blankets are generally completed within 4 business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include the weekends or holidays.
𝙍𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜:
We offer Express Production for $15 if you need your items to ship within 1-2 business days. Blankets 50x60 or 60x80 need 1-4 business days. Adding this feature on does NOT also upgrade your shipping. That is separate and can be found in the bullet point below. We offer Free US shipping on most orders and will ship via USPS First class mail. If you need your item quicker, we offer FedEx 2 day in the shipping dropdown menu on the last checkout page. The price varies depending on which product it is.
**Please note: Adding on Express shipping does NOT also speed up your processing time. Express shipping is for transit time only. If you also need us to make it faster, please see bullet point above for Express Production.

Please note, that although we are shipping out all orders on or before the expected ship by date on your receipt, no delivery service dates are guaranteed once in transit with the free shipping option. We do provide tracking when your order ships to the email you have on file with Etsy for you to track at your convenience. You can also find your tracking in your order history in your Etsy account.

We gladly replace items damaged in transit. Please message us via Etsy messages with photos so we know to get it remade and shipped asap. If your order is marked delivered, but it can not be located, please also message us via Etsy messages. We will reach out to our business rep at USPS and work with them to locate your package as quickly as possible. Replacements will not be sent unless the package was confirmed by the shipper that it was in fact mis-delivered.
𝘾𝙋𝙎𝘾 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙩:
The Little Blue Lion® is 100% compliant with CPSC for our baby blankets and all inks used on our variety of products are all eco friendly and non toxic. The quality of the blanket, and materials have been deemed safe for babies and children and compliant batch codes can all be found on our blanket tags. SPECIAL NOTE: Please never leave infants 1 and under unattended with any blanket.
𝙄𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨:
Our inks are non-toxic, eco friendly and CPSC compliant. The inks are cured before leaving our facility but can produce an odor from being packaged and the time spent in transit. Most do not even notice, however if you do detect an odor, despite it being harmless, provide fresh air to the product and it will dissipate. Products will not be replaced at no cost or refunded for this reason.
𝙁𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙨:
Our featured font alphabet will be included in the listings photos if any of the featured fonts are a script style. This will give you an idea of how the letters will appear. If you do wish to see it typed out, or to change fonts, we do offer a Font Previewer tool which can be found here: https://thelittlebluelion.com/products/font-preview-tool
Please note: Refunds or replacements will not be sent due to not liking a font, so please use the font previewer tool.
𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛𝙨:
We gladly provide proofs upon request after purchase. We do not provide one prior to purchase. Please leave the request for a proof in the personalization box when leaving the name for personalization. We provide proofs for up to two revisions, and any thereafter will incur an additional artist fee. Proofs will be sent via Etsy messages when the order comes up in our design queue. If proofs are not approved by the ship by date on your receipt, we will consider the proof approved and ship. After that time, no revisions will be accommodated. Proofs also do not apply to any Express Production orders.
**PROOF REQUESTS CAN NOT BE FULFILLED DURING PEAK HOLIDAY SEASONS. Peak holiday seasons include Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Back To School Season for our first day of school signs.

The Little Blue Lion® retains the right to make layout decisions to produce the most aesthetically pleasing configuration available based on the design chosen and the personalization provided. Blanket design placement can vary by 1-2" when pressed on our rolling large format press.

We use state of the art printers with color precision technology so the colors advertised are an exact match. Please note: Monitor screens settings and devices can vary and may alter how a color may appear. We do not issue replacements or refunds on color discrepancy.

-Machine Wash Cold on Gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
What if my blanket has small blue or yellow or pink dots?
Periodically tiny microfiber dots may occur – this is a natural occurrence in the fabric. They may appear blue or yellow in color and sometimes pink. Once the fabric is washed they typically are not visible.
Are you CPSC compliant?
Yes, we are 100% compliant with CPSC for our baby blankets. The quality of the blanket, and materials have been deemed safe for babies and children. SPECIAL NOTE: Please never leave infants 1 and under unattended with a blanket.
Where do we add our personalization requests?
Depending on what device you are viewing Etsy on, there is either a personalization box to enter the name before placing it in your cart, or On the checkout page you'll see a "note to seller" box and you can leave the name there as well.
What's the difference between Minky Fleece, Fleece or Sherpa?
Minky material has a plusher thickness to it with longer fibers. The smooth fleece is a flat fleece with a rolled edge for a more polished look and the sherpa is ultra smooth one one side with a shaggy back. All are super durable and beautiful!
Do you provide proofs?
Proofs are available by request only, and only AFTER purchase. We do not provide one prior to purchase. Please note that if a proof is requested it may take several days to get one over to you, therefore bumping your item back in line in production. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care with packaging your order and invest in the highest quality packing materials. Unfortunately, USPS can still damage items from time to time. Please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item next to the packaging with the shipping label visible. You MUST have a photo of the packaging or we will not be able to assist, as USPS requires this in order to file a claim.
What type of marker is best for the First & Last Day of School Signs?
Our boards require liquid chalk markers for non-porous surfaces. Any brand will work as long as they have that requirement stated on the box, and please be sure to follow the directions for priming the marker correctly prior to use for best results. What type of marker or pen works best for the Wood Birth Stat Signs?
We recommend paint pens for best results, but fine point sharpies will also work. These items can be found at any local craft store or online. We offer a brand of paint pens with a variety of colors for sale which we can easily ship with the sign ordered for your convenience:
