Let’s start with shipping: I ordered this necklace and I received a shipping notification like 2 hours later. 5 stars for that. This necklace went through the wringer in-transit. Now, this package went on a journey from CA -> NJ, and ohh boy did the packaging show it. USPS really had their way with it. The box within the padded envelope was crushed and ripped — thank goodness the necklace was bagged up so the chain was protected, however, due to it being crushed against itself, the chain spent some time rubbing on the horn, and I noticed it was badly chipped & scratched. This broke my heart. I contacted the shop immediately. They were more than supportive and helpful with this process. Communication was easy, and we reached a resolution quickly. I look forward to trying to order again because the jewelry really is beautiful.

I had a pair of these in gold found at a local consignment store. I lost one earring and was devastated. So happy to have found this artist!! Really great quality, and packaging is so cute and well done.
