Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order.
Returns are accepted for non-custom merchandise, provided the customer bears all shipping fees, applicable taxes, and the risk of loss during return transit.
A restocking fee of $50–$150 will apply to non-custom gold items to offset material and labor costs.
Given the personalized nature of select products, returns will only be processed if the item is received damaged or defective. The following items are not eligible for return:
1.Custom/personalized orders
2.Ring sizes outside the US standard range (4–12)
3.Full eternity rings
4.Engraved merchandise
5.Resized items
International returns (customer assumes all shipping, tax, and transit-related risks)
