KnitKnit philosophy:
"If you take any activity, any art, any discipline, any skill, take it and push it as far as it will go, push it beyond where it has ever been before, push it to the wildest edge of edges, then you will force it into the realm of magic."

5 out of 5 starsMakes for a cute tea cosy! I consider this an intermediate pattern but with easy stitches. I’m very happy with the results!

Making things is my love
My business skills started early on in the 4th grade making friendship bracelets and worry dolls. I think I sold them for 50¢ apiece. Little did I know that future me would be making things and selling again... this time wising up and factoring a little profit in, but still creating things from the heart.
I learned about Etsy close to the time when it first started, and put a few things up, and was super excited when I started making sales! I enjoy adding a bit of fiber to my pieces, and making things with funny, and sometimes clever, twists. I moved to Brooklyn in the summer of 2008 when I got into the Renegade Craft Fair (my first show ever!), and I've been doing KnitKnit ever since then.
I wrote two pattern books. It's been such a journey and a great experience, please check them out in my shop - 500 Fun Little Toys and Color Knitting with Confidence.
I currently reside and create in Cannon Beach, OR.
