Hi, I'm Yan! As a professional practitioners and instructors of yoga and Tai Chi, I am deeply devoted to the traditional handmade martial arts. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, helping students cultivate balance and inner peace through movement and breath.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll often find me with a crochet hook in hand, creating cozy and charming handmade items—from soft scarves and snug blankets to stylish tote bags. I love adding a touch of warmth and personality to everyday life through my crafts.
