Custom and personalized orders
We can ABSOLUTELY take custom & personalized orders. This is what we love to do. Custom orders keep us on our toes. It expands our creativity and skill sets. Learning about new design and what people love is why I got into the home decor business.
Received Damaged Products
All shipments are insured. Any damage claims will be handled on a case by case basis. If your furniture does arrive damaged, take photos right away and notify us. Partial compensation, full compensation or a replacement will be issued, depending on the circumstances. Damage is rare, we do package very well.
Returns
We accept returns for items that are undamaged and sent back in the original condition. Returns will only be accepted if the customer notifies KBN Decor within 2 days after receiving their order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee will apply.
Installation
We include drywall anchors and screws with all shelves. We strongly recommend installing items into at least one wall stud. If this is not possible, please consult a professional to install with heavier drywall anchors.
Our shelves are very well built and very strong. We do not have a tested weight limit on shelves, but if they are installed correctly by a professional, weight limit will not be a problem with ordinary household items and towels.
