Welcome to Knotty Is Nice. I make knitted scale mail finger-less gloves. These unique items are made with yarn and anodized aluminum scales. Because of the way I knit them, the metal will never touch your skin! These gloves are perfect for costumes, larping, going to the Renaissance Fair, or just for a unique fashion statement.

Please note:
- While every effort is made to show colors authentically, varitions in monitors and phone screens may mean the actual product varies slightly from the photos.
- I have two cats. They are not allowed to play with my yarn, but I mean, it's yarn, and they're cats. While every effort is made to keep their hair out of my products, this may not be the shop for people who are super allergic to cat hair.
- Choking warning: While every scale is knit in and reinforced and should not fall out with normal use, I've known too many kids that have found ways around "childproof" things to not post this warning. My scales are 9/16" x 7/8" (14.3mm x 22.2mm) and would be a choking hazard if they came loose. Due to this, my scale mail products are for ages 4+ and I strongly encourage adult supervision at all times.
