Custom and personalized orders

You can message me to make one to order. Please note that items will take at least 3 days to finish. You can rush your order by message me and pay a little more.
Shipping time to USA
Due to Covid-19 and other unforeseen events, Kopouch cannot guaranteed the package can arrive from Vietnam to US within 1 weeks. Although it shouldn’t take over 3 weeks to arrive.
Shipping time to EU

Care instructions for patches
- Turn your garment inside out during washing or drying
- Use cold water for washing
- Air dry patches and appliques
The adhesive holding on stick on patches is not washable; nor can it be safely dry-cleaned. If you wish to wash or dry-clean and "keep" stick-ons, you will need to sew them in place. A word of warning. The adhesive will make sewing more difficult as the glue acts as a barrier. Plan to use a stronger needle or remove as much of the adhesive as possible before sewing.

Is washing separately really necessary? Yes!
Heat can also damage the fibers, which is why we recommend air or line drying
Why is shipping so expensive?
I work and live in Viet Nam (Asia). Because I live half way across the earth so shipping isn’t easy :((. I use USPS first class mail for every order (3$ for domestic label + 4$ for shipping from Viet Nam to U.S by plane). I used to choose shipping with stamps (customers only paid 4$ for shipping). But it seems like a few customers has been lying to get more free products so I had to stop (it was a very stressful time :(()
