Welcome - Thanks for taking a look at my policies. They are here to help us out IF we happen to run into any trouble in the process of creating your item.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I strive to get my clients their items/designs as quickly as possible. However, if an order is made close to the deadline, or if the client fails to provide the information needed for creating the item (within the needed amount of time to create the item, as outlined in each item's listing) this is the fault of the client and only a partial refund will be issued (see details below).

FULL refunds will ONLY occur if KO TWO Designs fails to deliver the item at least one day before the event, only if all needed information was provided and the client was not informed of any pending information that was needed to create the item.

PARTIAL refunds (in the amount of half of the listing price) will be granted if the client is unable to provide me with ANY information needed to create their item before their event/deadline OR if their order is canceled at any time throughout the process. I retain half of the price of the listing to cover my transaction fees, consultation fees, and to retain a portion of the payment for holding the slot in my design schedule for the client's order.

In the event that PART of the item has been created but is not finished by the deadline due to insufficient information provided by the client, a PARTIAL refund will be given, the amount of which will be at the discretion of KO TWO Designs (based on the amount of hours put into creating the portion of the item that was created.)

Payment must be made before any design of your item begins to ensure that you are committed to creating your custom event item.

Did You Know - You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal?
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. Then, after you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
