Kokoro Essence Living began as an attempt to hold onto those moments, and to bring that quality of attention into everyday life.

A glass cutting board that turns an ordinary kitchen into something worth pausing over. Kokoro is a Japanese word that doesn't translate cleanly into English — it holds heart, mind, and spirit all at once. That's what we're after here. Not just products, but objects that resonate. Things you reach for because they make the ordinary feel a little more intentional.
The shop has grown from its first watercolor wildlife prints into mugs we print, a growing clothing collection in soft, garment-dyed fabrics, handmade gift boxes for the seasons, and a range of functional pieces we've thought carefully about. What hasn't changed is the spirit behind all of it: specific beauty, quiet meaning, and the natural world woven into everyday life.
