How can I download purchased digital items?
As all of our products are digital Canva templates, you will not receive any physical items.
Once you have completed your purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews (http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases).
If you purchased as a 'guest' and were not logged into a specific account at the time of payment, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links.
Do I receive physical items when I purchase templates?
No, nothing in this shop is a physical product. Nothing physical will be sent to you.
If you wish, you can print your template out yourself once you have customised it. We do not offer a printing service.
How customizable are the templates?
Our templates are highly customizable to ensure they meet your unique branding and content needs. You can easily change colors, fonts, text, and images using Canva’s user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. Will you refund my order?
I will gladly refund and cancel your order if you have not downloaded digital files.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns for digital items that have already been downloaded.

No, a Canva Pro account is not necessary to use our templates. Our designs are crafted to be fully functional with Canva’s free version.
