Once your order leaves our location, you assume full responsibility for your shipment.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE:
If you encounter a shipping error or delay, call USPS toll-free at 800.275.8777 and have your tracking number available so that USPS can assist you.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is given to us, it will delay the delivery and the Postal Service will not reroute your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
RETURN SHIPPING: When you return something to us for an exchange we recommend you purchase insurance for the full amount of your purchase and request proof of delivery. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please pack items in packages neatly and carefully, the way they came to you (i.e. with bubble wrap, padding, popcorn, etc.) If items are damaged during shipping back to our store due to carelessness, you will be charged for the merchandise.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive any items damaged from shipping, you need to contact us immediately.
