***Once an order is submitted, Kozen Mum Designs cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment. We suggest that you put all the items you need in your cart so you only have to pay 1 shipping fee.

Please keep in mind that during the month of September, (starting in mid August), the shop receives a huge amount of orders. Creating & processing of orders will become more and more delayed during this time, as the order load increases each day. I typically work 80 to 100 hours a week this time of year. Please plan accordingly and order at least 3 weeks before your homecoming date. Otherwise, there is an option to rush your order with rush fees. EACH custom item you order will require a rush fee. Only supplies like trinkets, flowers, etc will not require a rush fee since they are items off the shelf and are not custom-made at time of order.

If you need your order by a specific date, you will need to choose Priority Express Mail to guarantee delivery. We are NOT responsible for porch pirates or delayed, misplaced, lost mail or as we have no control over delivery services. Please plan accordingly. Thank you!
