Is this a physical product?
No. All products in this shop are digital downloads. No physical item will be manufactured, packaged or shipped.
How do I receive my files?
After Etsy confirms your payment, the files will be available through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Digital purchases generally cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app, so please use a desktop or mobile web browser if necessary.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
Because these are digital products, returns, exchanges and cancellations normally cannot be processed after the files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical problem with a file, please contact Krawall Lab through Etsy Messages. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Can I use the designs commercially?
Commercial use is permitted only within the limits of the licence included with the purchased product. The original digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, uploaded to another marketplace or included in another digital bundle.
What software do I need?
Software requirements depend on the file format and your production method. SVG files require compatible vector, cutting or design software. PNG files work with most image-editing and print workflows. Please confirm that your software supports the listed formats before purchasing.
