If there was an option for zero stars thats what I would rate. Andrea made Royal icing in lime green, orange, and grey. Her shop promises red and green, with the assumption they will be Christmas colors, as she suggests using the houses for your Christmas table. When I shared the colors I saw, Andrea replied, "That was the best and darkest I could do." I remade the icing using her recipe, and got Christmas green and Santa red and grey. SHE warped and CREATED unusable gingerbread, overcharged, WAS BEYOND RUDE, HORRIBLY AND INCORRECTLY PACKAGED EVERYTHING! SHE SEEMS LAZY AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND WRONG! SHE DOES NOT CARE! I had a professional chef help put the gingerbread together, she also saw the icing colors as wrong, and could not put the houses together. I REBOUGHT EVERYTHING! THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE OF ANDREA! AVOID!

Andrea was rude, and just never took responsibility for making gingerbread that was not properly made. There were not enough points of contact to glue the pieces together. One house had a giant 2" hole down the center, the sides did not touch the baseboard. All of the houses collapsed, and there was nothing heavy on them. Andrea makes horrible gingerbread! She takes no responsibility for this. I was charged $125.00 for a FREE USPS BOX! I had asked before shipping about damage, and she claimed only one other person had received broken pieces. I received crushed boxes, with the heavy candy atop the one piece of Saran wrapped gingerbread, and most houses were broken, the candy all over the box. Andrea knew usps shakes stuff, but took no precautions for delicate materials. AVOID THIS SHOP!!! I have photos to show all this.

Andrea hand makes her gingerbread, and the result are pieces that are different sizes, shapes, not that of a true proficient baker. I received the "roof" pieces of one house where one piece was almost exactly half the size of the other. The gingerbread did not have flat/ straight sides on a single piece out of my whole order, so attaching the pieces was impossible. What the shop promises to sell are homes you can put together that will stand. Out of the 9 houses, not a single one lasted longer than an hour standing fully up, and that was with the help of clamps! That was for both caramel and royal icing glue homes. Everything is the buyer's fault. She takes NO responsibility for making gingerbread that will not make houses. SHE IS RUDE, CALLED ME NAMES, AND PUT ME THROUGH HELL! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I've ordered from this woman twice in the past month and both times she has rejected my order and returned my money. Before Christmas it was because she "had the flu" and yesterday it was because she "couldn't bake right now". It's clear to me she has no interest in running a real and reliable business. Find another shop...don't bother wasting your time here.

Excellent gift for kids, (I had fun too). Cookies were delicious and easy to decorate, baked to perfection. Icing was yummy and pastel colors are lovely. Just ordered another two dozen, Scooby Doo and Mickey Mouse cookies, for a birthday party. Packaged very well, everything arrived perfect.

Flavor was great! Arrived quickly! G kids loved decorating!!!
