What does Krevon sell?
Krevon offers original graphic tees printed to order, with designs inspired by different interests, moods and everyday moments. Check each listing for the available colors, sizes and garment details.
Will I receive a physical item?
Yes. Our clothing listings are for physical garments printed after you order and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. No digital design file is included. Check the individual listing for the exact garment, print placement, sizes and colors.
How do I choose the right T-shirt size?
Check the garment measurements in the size chart on the individual listing before ordering. Lay a T-shirt you already like flat, measure its width and length, and compare those measurements with the chart. Fit can vary between garment models; use measurements rather than your usual size label alone. Message us if you need help reading the chart.
Can I request a custom name, color or design?
Personalization is available only when it is explicitly offered on the individual listing. For other changes, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether the request is possible. Order notes do not automatically change a listed design, garment color or size.
When will my T-shirt order arrive?
Each T-shirt is made to order. The processing time, shipping origin and estimated delivery window are shown on the individual listing and at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate. Tracking is added when the parcel is dispatched. Delivery estimates may change because of carrier delays; please contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.
What if my T-shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and clear photos of the garment, the affected area and any relevant packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We will explain the next steps and arrange an appropriate resolution under the listing, shop and Etsy policies.
How should I care for my printed T-shirt?
Follow the care instructions in the individual listing and on the garment label. These can differ by garment model and print method. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design. If you cannot find the instructions for your order, contact us through Etsy Messages before washing.
