Frequently asked questions
How will you ship the items?
For local (Singapore) orders, I offer SingPost Tracked Mail as the standard shipping option. Optional upgrades include Express shipping or Qxpress.
For international orders, I will use SingPost ePAC for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Sweden, United Kingdom & United States and SingPost Registered Mail for the rest of the world. Optional upgrades for international shipments are SpeedPost Priority Intl (EMS) & DHL Express or FedEx IP. The dispatch time is 1-5 days.
How do you package your items?
I take great care in packaging your items to make sure they arrive in excellent condition. I wrap the item's original packaging with extra bubble wrap and place it in a mailer or box, depending on the item's packaging methods. For keyboards, I pack them properly and test them before shipping them out.
Do you accept returns or replacements?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or replacements. Please make sure to carefully read the item description before making your purchase.
Why is my item taking so long to get delivered?
Sometimes there may be possible delays from customs or SingPost, especially during holiday seasons like Christmas or due to flight congestions. We can only contact SingPost after 18 or 24 working days for information on your ePAC, Registered Mail or EMS article. Under UPU agreements, the destination's postal administration will take 15, 30, 45, or 60 days for a reply to your enquiry. Therefore, we will contact your destination post to try and expedite the delivery ASAP. Please note that there is no guarantee that it would be delivered quickly.
If the item status shows "Delivered" but you never received it at all, please contact your destination post immediately or check with your neighbors.
How can I prevent the item from being returned to sender?
To prevent the item from being returned to sender:
1. Please make sure your address is accurate and sufficient for the courier to deliver to you.
2. Avoid using nicknames as it may not be able to clear customs, and fines may be imposed in most cases.
3. Please claim your parcels at the parcel locker once Etsy's notification indicates that it's "Delivered". If the parcel is not inside the locker, contact your local post office immediately.
4. Unpaid customs tax/courier handling fees may get returned to sender if it is not paid within 15 days.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact your local post.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO AP?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and US Military FPO AP addresses. Please note that if DHL Express / FedEx IP is used, please avoid using your PO box address as they do not have any access or permission to deliver directly to your PO box. This goes the same for US Military FPO AP addresses as well.
Do I need to pay customs and import taxes?
For Australia, European Union, New Zealand, UK & 2 Canadian states Saskatchewan & Manitoba, taxes are covered with instructions given by Etsy.
For other nations, the recipient is liable to pay customs duties depending on their destination customs' regulations.
I am NOT obliged to pay any customs duties for the recipient. I am NOT allowed to undervalue any items as it is illegal in all countries to under-declare the value of the item you are sending as this may be considered as tax evasion and parcel may get returned to sender, seized or disposed. Fines may be imposed as well if this happens.
What happens if I accidentally ordered the same item twice?
If you ordered the same item two or more times, both of your items will be shipped together in the same package. You will be fully refunded the original shipping fee for the other order that you mistakenly placed twice. You will receive a refund through PayPal in most cases.
Reshipment & Cancellation Policy
I accept reshipments only if the buyer has requested a re-routing of their package due to an incorrect address or issues with postal service/customs at their end. As you have already paid the shipping fee, no additional charges will be imposed.
I also accept cancellations, but only 1-3 days prior to the item being dispatched. Please make sure to contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
