Hello Penny, The design you purchased is simple. In fact, that’s the second word in the description: “this simple, professional design is by far one of KristasKraftsCo’s best sellers and can be worn in a variety of settings.” As for shipping being ridiculous, I am not sure exactly what you mean by this. All orders are shipped securely in a poly-mailer with tracking. USPS determines shipping prices, and once dropped off at the post office, I have no control over potential delays that may ensue because of the pandemic or holiday rush. Low reviews are harmful to small businesses, especially when they have to do with buyers remorse or a third party such as the postal service.
