Kurafuchi is a line of unique, minimalist jewelry with a boho touch. We aim to offer durable, quality designs at fair prices.

All the metals and chains we use are nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free.
Every item is cruelty-free and does not contain any pearl, shell, leather, suede, silk, feather, horn, tooth, bone, ivory or fur.

ABOUT SHIPPING
--------------------------

Your order will ship from France within 2 business days.
The timeframes for delivery are :

- France : 1 to 4 days
- Europe : 3 to 15 days (maximum 20 days)
- United States & Canada : 6 to 21 days (maximum 30 days)
- All other destinations : 15 to 40 days (maximum 90 days)

(If you live on an island, please note that shipping timeframe can be longer than the mainland one due to stricter customs processing)

IMPORTANT : if you need your order by a specific date, please take into account the processing time + the maximum shipping timeframe when placing the order ! Please note that we do not offer express shipping.

/!\ Before clicking "Buy", make sure your address on file is accurate. You can register multiple addresses on Etsy, so if your order is a gift for someone else, simply select "Ship to a New Adress".

/ TRACKING / All packages have a tracking number. You can check the tracking of your order anytime by clicking the "Track Package" button on your Etsy Purchase page.
Please note that tracking does not update at every single step, it may only update at the time of entrance in the country and final delivery. Lack of tracking does not indicate lack of movement, unless the maximum delivery timeframe (as specified above) has passed.

Wrong addresses : We cannot be held responsible for delays and issues resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, and we cannot make any changes to a shipped package.
The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been returned to us, and re-shipping costs will incur. Please note that international "Returns to sender" can be extremely slow (up to 3 months) so it is highly preferable to avoid them.

/ GIFT ORDERS / All our jewels will come packaged and ready-to-gift.
To keep shipping rates affordable & avoid unnecessary waste, we will combine packaging whenever possible, so if you need separate boxes, make sure to notify us. If you need to differentiate multiple gifts, please leave us a note so we can add labels on each package, as the packages arrive sealed.

/ RETURNS & EXCHANGES /
We accept returns and exchanges. All exchanges are processed as returns. Customers can return unworn items within 14 days from delivery date, with the exception of earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (this does not apply to ear cuffs as they are not piercings). Simply message us for the return instructions.

The return must be in brand new, unworn condition, and in its original packaging for protection. If the item is returned without its original packaging, a repackaging fee of 2 Euros will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or is damaged during its return due to lack of proper packaging.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our designs are plated with a thick layer of 18k or 24k gold over brass and guaranteed nickel-free & lead-free.

To preserve the longevity of your Kurafuchi jewels, follow these simple tips :
- Keep the jewelry away from water & moisture in general. Store them in a dry place and preferably in a box or pouch.
- Avoid exercising with the jewelry on, as weat can damage the plating.
- Spray your perfume & apply cream or lotion before putting the jewelry on, so that any alcohol content has already evaporated.

WARNING : Due to the use of tiny elements & the delicacy of our designs, our jewelry is not suitable for children under the age of 14.
