4 out of 5 starsOkay, so it's a very pretty, delicate, almost fragile bracelet in a nice design . Order placed 20/4/26, arrived in U.K. on 2/5/26. Attached pic shows actual length of bracelet minus the lobster clasp and end ring making it 6.5 inches long ; frustratingly , it definitely needs and extender chain as part of the bracelet to not have to buy one separately to help accommodate various wrist sizes . The tiny garnets are approx 1/16" each and pass as more brown in colour than red which as they are so small meant rather a surprise to me when I first opened the parcel ; though nicely wrapped it has not exceeded my expectations really . I will need to buy an extender chain locally before gifting this item . I would , as a regular Etsy customer welcome more thought from sellers about buyers feedback . Thank you .

Hi Janet, You received the exact size you ordered so I’m not sure what your complaint is about. We offer not one, but 2 adjustable options, you didn’t order either of them, you chose a regular M size. Your quoted measuring is wrong, you must include the clasp part otherwise it’s not the exact length the bracelet is when worn. This is a 7" bracelet, as per your order. Sorry we sent you exactly what you purchased, I guess. I always welcome practical feedback but this is not it.

Jewelry Care Instructions
Our gold designs are plated with a 18k or 24k layer of gold over brass. The longevity of the plating depends on many factors, such as frequency of wear, humidity of the air, acidity levels of your skin, and how well you care for the jewelry (avoid water, humidity, perfume or lotions, and store in a box or poly-bag). For optimal longevity, it’s recommended to always remove the jewelry before shower, sleep & exercise.
Important : Our jewelry is NOT suitable for children under the age of 14.
How to know your size / length :
For bracelets : measure your wrist circumference and add 1,5 cm (half an inch) for comfort.
For necklaces : measure your favorite necklace or use a piece of thread layered around your neck and measure it on a ruler.
To layer necklaces : choose a 3 or 4 cm (1.5") length difference between each necklace.

Can I request a different length or size ?
To accomodate with your wishes, we offer various length options with most of our pieces. If a size option is not available, please contact us with your desired length/size. Depending on the item, fees may apply.
If the needed extra length is less than 2 inches, we recommend purchasing the extender clasp available in our shop.
How long does shipping take?
Your order ships from France. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. The average delivery timeframe is :
- France : 1 to 4 days
- Europe : 3 to 15 days (maximum 20 days)
- United States & Canada : 6 to 21 days (maximum 30 days)
- All other destinations : 15 to 40 days (maximum 90 days)
Please keep in mind the maximum delivery timeframe + processing time when placing an order for a special event!
Is there a risk of allergy?
All of our pieces are free of nickel, which is the most common cause for allergies. There isn’t any lead or cadmium either in our metals or plating. Please note however : although it is rare, certain people are allergic to any metal that isn’t pure gold, in which case they cannot wear non-precious metals. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate this type of extreme skin sensitivity as our base metal is always brass, on which we apply a gold coating.
