Our current PRODUCTION time is 3-5 business days for blanks and custom cut pieces. Chain, findings, and tools typically ship within 1-2 business days.

We are happy to offer returns on any purchases as long as we are contacted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in original condition. If returning blanks, the clear film coating must be intact to be eligible for refund.

Returns that are not based on damaged or defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
