Due to the custom handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or provide refunds. I make the nails as per the sizing details I am provided by you, so I am not responsible for nails that do not fit.

BUT if you've ordered a set and one or more nails does not fit you can order replacements in a different size. Please see the replacement nail listing under "Kits & Upgrades".

If you've broken or damaged a nail or two on an otherwise re-wearable set, you can order replacements through the replacement nail listing under "Kits & Upgrades".

Yes! The use of tabs over glue will allow you to re-wear your nails countless times!

If you prefer nail glue, they can still be re-worn, but you will need to remove the nail glue from the backs after removal. I recommend purchasing a small handheld e-file!

Nails applied with glue are going to be worn longer, and therefore will take on more damage. The lifespan of your nails when worn this way is entirely dependent on how careful you are with your nails. They're durable, not indestructible. Smashing/bashing, biting & chewing on them may cause gel to separate from the tip. Your nails are not tools! Don't use them as if they are.

Med-Long nails also have a shorter lifespan due to more free edge exposure.

Purchasing a sizing kit for all nail shapes and lengths that you are interested in is highly recommended, especially for first time buyers, or when trying out a new/different nail shape as the varied c-curve to different shapes can affect how they fit on your unique nail beds.

I am not responsible for purchases of nails that end up not fitting, so please either purchase a sizing kit first, or make sure that you are confident in your measurements before ordering.

I also take custom requests! Please contact me with any designs/ideas that you are interested in and we can work something out! Feel free to send me inspo pics for designs you like, but please understand that I WILL NOT outright copy work from other press on artists. I can however come up with something of my own with respect to the basic idea of the set.

When i receive a custom request, we will discuss the price level of your request. I will do up a mock up of the design and send you pictures. If you like what you see we can proceed with the sale and I will set up a custom listing for your set.

Prep your nail bed thoroughly:

Trim nails, push back and clean up cuticles.

Wash your hands.

Buff the entire surface area well to remove the shine.

Wipe nails thoroughly with an alcohol pad, and the insides of the nails with another, allow to dry.

Apply a small amount of glue to both the back of the press on and your nail bed.

Apply the press on at the cuticle area first, make sure it's straight and rock the nail down from the cuticle area to the tip, pressing firmly for 20 seconds.

Repeat for all nails.

Makartt nail glue, IBD 5 Second nail glue, Nailene Ultra-Quick or KDS professional nail glue are recommended.

Prep your nail bed thoroughly:

Trim nails, push back and clean up cuticles.

Wash your hands.

Buff the entire surface area well to remove the shine.

Wipe nails thoroughly with an alcohol pad, and the insides of the nails with another, allow to dry.

Select a tab that covers the entire nail bed. Wide nail beds may require two tabs, overlap in the middle if this is the case.

Remove the film, make sure you get it all! They are gridded and don't always come off in one piece.

Apply the press on to the cuticle area, make sure its straight, then rock it down to the tip. Press and hold firmly for 10 seconds.

Repeat for all nails.

**keep your hands/nails out of water for several hours after application. Applying before bed is recommended.

If you take care of your nails you will be able to keep and reuse them.

Removal for both tabs and glue is as follows, but removal with tabs takes less time:

Fill a bowl with hot water, mix in a little hand soap and olive oil. The oils will help degrade the glue.

Lift all around the edges of your nails with the orangewood stick to allow the water and oils to get underneath.

Soak your nails for as long as it takes for you to be able to gently lift the nails off. DO NOT TRY TO RIP/PRY THEM OFF DRY. You WILL damage your natural nails.

After removal, wash the nails to remove the oils, allow them to dry and store them in the box they came in.

If you worn them with glue you will also need to remove the residual glue from the backs.

Once your order is ready you will receive a shipping notification email to the email address you register at checkout. If you chose a shipping method with tracking, your tracking number will be included in this email.

This is just a general timeframe. I cannot guarantee shipping delivery times as I have no control over postal services. Holidays, weather, customs and postal system conditions can all cause delays in delivery.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duties and taxes from their country that may be incurred at the time of delivery.

Forced returns - Any package returned to LD Nails for any reason, including refusal to pay import fees, taxes and tariffs, will NOT be refunded.

You are responsible for providing your correct mailing address when you place your order. In the event a package is returned to me with an insufficient address you are responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with clear photos of the damage and I will initiate a claim on your package with the carrier to replace the damaged item(s).

If your order is lost in shipping, I will investigate directly with the carrier and initiate a claim on your package. In this event, once it is confirmed to be lost, I will replace your order.
