Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to ship from our print studio. Note: They will most likely ship faster than this, but we like to under promise and over deliver. Holidays tend to lean more towards 2 weeks and the rest of the time around 3 days.

While we always do our best to get things out the door as quickly as possible, notes left at checkout with specific timelines will not be guaranteed. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out to us on Etsy messages prior to ordering, and we will see what we can do!

We custom-make each shirt (in the size of your choice) and print it just for YOU at the time of your purchase. Therefore, we have a no refund or exchange policy. We kindly ask that you carefully follow our size chart to ensure the correct sizing. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by location, typical times are 3-5 business days.

Yes! As soon as your item ships (within 1-2 weeks) you will receive a notification and email from Etsy with your tracking number.

All of our shirts are considered unisex, therefore they run slightly large. If you want a more fitted look please size down. We include size charts with all of our listings. To get an accurate fit - measure one of your favorite t-shirts. Lay it flat on the ground and measure side to side (width) and neck line to hem (length).

Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as your order is placed. Once it's in the queue it cannot be pulled out. Therefore we do not accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.

Please note: Once your order leaves our printing facility we no longer have control over your package. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages, and will not issue a refund for items due to these reasons.

1. Check whether your submitted address is 100% accurate, and check with others in your household/neighbours to see if they collected your package.
2. Contact your local post office directly about the issue and provide them with your tracking number. The courier's scanned GPS delivery coordinates will be checked and investigated.
3. If the GPS coordinates show that your parcel was delivered to your correct address and you suspect theft, you can file a police report for mail theft.

Yes. All of our shop's product designs are created in-house and we love being able to offer our customers with something that is unique and personal! Whether its adding a name, quote, subject or occupation, or maybe you love a design and prefer to have it on a different type of apparel or color that isn't listed... no problem! Reach out to us on Etsy messages to discuss your personalized request.

Our direct-to-garment printing technique requires specific washing care considerations to help preserve your new product's print design.

To get the best lifespan:
*Wash your T-shirt / sweatshirt inside-out
*Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors
*Try to limit the time your T-shirt / sweatshirt spends in soapy water
*Do not wring, Do not use bleach, do not dry-clean
*Natural air-drying, away from direct sunlight is best. Otherwise low-heat tumble dry if necessary
*Low heat iron with your T-shirt / sweatshirt turned inside-out. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
