I accept payment by Paypal, credit card, debit card and Etsy gift cards.

Your items will be posted once I am in receipt of payment.

I aim to post out ready-made items within 1-3 working days of receiving payment. Please ensure the address I have is correct.

Items A5 or bigger in size will be sent in a postal box. Occasionally I will recycle and re-use boxes I have purchased items in. Rest assured they will be in good condition and protect your book but if you would prefer me not to please add a message to your order.

I usually use Royal Mail. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery after you have received my dispatch message, sometimes more at busy times like Christmas.

Occasionally, if I cannot get to a post office, I may use the courier Hermes. Hermes aim to deliver within 2-4 days of pickup. If you would prefer I did not use Hermes for delivery please add a message to your order.

I will obtain proof of posting for all items.

I currently do not ship outside the EU.

Apart from custom orders, the item pictured is the item you will receive.

Leather is a natural material and as such it is subject to natural flaws. If these flaws have damaged the leather I will not use it, but natural flaws that only add to the unique character of my books will remain. If these flaws impact on the overall 'look' of a book, they will be pictured. If in doubt please email me. I can send additional pictures if necessary.

I will always welcome feedback. I am always looking at ways to improve both the Leaf and Bound and Etsy experience for you. Obviously positive feedback is the best, but if for any reason you have negative feedback, please contact me in the first instance to see if I can resolve the issue in any way.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me or contact me about my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. Please refer to Etsy’s Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.


Information I Collect:

To complete your order, you must provide me with information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are purchasing. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if discussing a custom order.


Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:

I need this information in order to provide my services, such as to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may also use it, if necessary, to comply with a legal obligation or court order or, for example, if required by tax law.

I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

I do not have a mailing list so will not contact you outside the scope of your order, unless requested to do so by yourself or by Etsy or if I have compelling and legitimate grounds to do so for legal reasons. I do not send out marketing messages or an email newsletter.


Information Sharing and Disclosure:

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide my services to you and to comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I use certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. I use the courier, Hermes, who require an email address and password to access and use their delivery services. Your name, postal address and email address are stored on my account with Hermes in order to create a postal request. I also use Royal Mail for smaller items. In these cases I copy the name and postal address provided by you onto the parcel being sent. I do not store your information in any other locations.

I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I believe that it is reasonably necessary to:
• Respond to legal process or to government requests
• Enforce my agreements, terms and policies
• Prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.


Data Retention:

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for 4 years. I do not transfer your information outside of the EU.


Your Rights:

You have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

• You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the email below.
• You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Excluding exceptional circumstances (such as when I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
