Printing Options
I do not do any printing for you, all the files are sell are digital files only. When I have something printed for a party, I normally take my printing to a local office supply place (Office Max, Kinkos, etc.), and print on white card stock.
Turnaround Time
After submitting your information, and paying for the product you will receive a proof within 24 business hours. The 24 business hour window will start once I have received ALL your information and payment. Weekends and American Holidays are not included in this 24 business hours...I will do my very best, but as a working mom, things come up that are out of my control...and family comes first!
If for some reason you do not hear from me in this time frame, please send me a message. Sometimes emails get lost or hit or junk mail.
Timeframe to Make Changes/Edits
One you send me an email confirming everything is correct, you have a week to change your mind. If you never send me an email confirmation, two weeks from the time I send you the initial proof is your window to make any changes. Once either of these two windows are up, the design is permanent. Any additional changes will include additional charges depending on the complexity of the changes. I do not have endless space on my computer to save all the products I sell. After these windows expire, I will delete your custom item.
Once you have submitted all your information in the initial order, I will make two changes for free. Changes that are free include adding info, changing the wording (as long as it doesn't alter the layout), etc.
How-to-Download the Items
Once your receive an email from me, please use a computer to print or send it somewhere to print. Using a phone can shrink the file too small to print a clear file. If you choose to send it somewhere via the internet, please first download the file, and then upload it again to a new email. Forwarding the email, also can mess with the quality of the file.
How Long to Respond
Once any and all items are purchased, you have ONE MONTH from date of purchase to send me all your info. If I do not hear from you, I will try to contact you, either via email or message on etsy. If, after one month, you do not send me your info, the sale is finalized...regardless if anything was sent to you.
