We use natural, not dyed fur of goat, so every pair is different. Length of fur can be different too. Always contact us to choose your own color of fur (we'll send you a photo)

Refunds&Exchanges
If you want to return your item you can do that in TWO WEEKS after receiving it. Item should not be worn or somehow damaged.
Item should be packed with care. BEFORE doing that please contact.
CUSTOM ORDER items with individual measurements CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Shipping costs are buyers responsibility and won't be returned.
After I receive original item I can refund your money EXCEPT SHIPPING COSTS and FEES or I can make new item for you.
Your money will be refunded after I receive original item.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are welcome in our shop.
Please send us a message and let us know if you are interested in any designs or just have a custom request for slippers or shoes. Different shape or colors. PLEASE DO IT BEFORE PURCHASE.
Custom orders has different prices because of custom foot size, highness of boots, amount of materials or other details.
Contact us and we will find best solution for you and provide you with personal invoice.
Sizing details
Trying to prevent from any mistakes, we prefer to specify the standard size you use to wear, and compare it with ours.
BUT it is best to provide us with complete information:
1. foot length
2. foot width (narrow, standard, wide)
3. calf volume (in case you know that you need to expand the top of the shoe).
We will try to take into account all the details and create the most suitable pair for you.
When you receive it and try for size, please, remember that we use only natural materials and they will stretched. If the length is OK, but in volume you feel that it's tight, in one-two weeks of active wearing it will fit perfect.
We don't like to send boots without detailing the size, so please contact us after ordering, better before!
Care instructions
-Yeti should be dried only in natural conditions. In no case place it on the battery or against the flow of hot air.
-Wet fur cannot be combed and smoothed by hand.
-No chemicals should be applied to the yeti. Do not put sprays, perfumes, colognes on your footwear
-If the footwear gets dirty, dry it and then carefully remove the dirt with a brush
- If there is a stain left, wash it lightly with soap and then let the footwear dry in natural conditions.
- Don't store it in plastic bags, it should be stored only in boxes. Before you pack your footwear, you must clean it from dust and dirt and make sure the boots are dry inside
-You can use garment steamer if fur become slightly crumpled
How to do foot measurements
Put your foot (without socks) an a blank sheet of paper and carefully linear it to make accurate outline.
Use a ruler to measure longest point (from toe to heel) of your foot
We'll gladly send you a photo with instructions.
Standard shipping
You can choose a way of shipping while ordering.
We send our shoes by UkrPoshta in all countries.
Standard shipping is included in items price.
Standard shipping delivery time is:
USA 2-6 weeks.
Europe - 1-3 weeks.

If after sending your parcel 60 days has passed and you still have not received your item than please contact us and we will try to solve this situation. In this case we will have to contact post service to find and what happened to your parcel.
PLEASE, REMEMBER THAT IT IS AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME! In holidays it might be much bigger.
Express Delivery by DHL
You can choose DHL to deliver your parcel.
Your parcel will be delivered in 3-8 working days depending from the place where you live.
You can choose fast delivery while ordering, BUT if you forgot to choose it, we will send you a listing for doing a payment for fast delivery.
Estimated delivery times are:
USA and Canada - 5-8 working days
Europe - 2-5 working day
Other countries - specify
Express shipping cost is 32,5$ for slippers and 33,5$ for boots.

Don't have a PayPal Account
Here is a guide explaining how to pay:
When you're ready to check out, go to your cart. Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal.
1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card (the button might be called "Create an Account" but do not pay attention to this).
2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) You'll need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy Checkout to review and submit your final order.
Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature.
Colors of items
Please, take into account that every display have different colour rendition, so the shade may differ.
We use a non dyed fur, so white fur won't be "snow white", black can be with brown, grey or white as minus color. We will send additional photo if needed.
It's hard to find two absolutely same skins, so sometimes we can't make boots the same as at photo, but we always offer you the alternative.
