Does the balloon garland come pre-assembled?
No, but you will be provided with easy to follow instructions to have your own beautiful balloon garland assembled in 60-120 minutes! I guarantee you will be so proud of what you create once you are done!
How long does it take to assemble the DIY Balloon Garland?
It will take you anywhere from 60-120 minutes. The time to assemble depends on if you purchased a 4 FT or 16 FT arch. If you want to speed up the assembly process, I recommend having a friend help and/or purchasing a handheld air pump that can easily be found from your local Wal-mart or Dollar Store.

Why is the confetti not sticking to the sides of my confetti balloons?
Don't worry! This is where the fun comes in :) Confetti balloons need static to help the confetti stick to the sides, so RUB RUB RUB the balloon with your hair, t-shirt or cloth to create some friction and WALLAH we are done, BEAUTIFUL confetti filled balloons.
Do i need helium?
Both air and helium are acceptable.
I recommend AIR, as the balloons will stay perfectly inflated for a longer time. This means you can set up the balloon garland days in advance so you're confident you can do it! Also, Air is FREE, unlike helium!
Why does my balloon garland look different than the picture in the listing?
The beauty of a DIY (Do It Yourself) organic balloon garland is that no two garlands will look the exact same! You will be provided with a good variety of balloon colours and sizes for you to blow up and attach to the provided balloon decorating tape as you wish!
Keep in mind, the colour shown on your computer screen may differ slightly when you see the balloons in person. The colour of an non-inflated balloon will always look different (darker) than when it is inflated!
Why do I have a balloon inside of a balloon?
STOP! This is not an error DO NOT REMOVE the balloon. This is what we call in the balloon world "double-layered balloons". These are premium (custom colour) balloons that should be inflated as follows: blow air or helium into the innermost balloon and knot the inner balloon or both balloons together!
