Our bag strap length is measured from one end to the other, including attachable hooks and hardware. It is different from the drop length, which measures the distance from the peak of the strap to the top of the bag.

How long a bag strap should depend on the type of clothing you are wearing, your height, the position of the bag, and the kind of bag. The following section will discuss options for measuring and finding the perfect bag strap length.

There are several ways to determine the length of a bag strap:

1, Attach a piece of string or use a tape measure directly on your bag.
2, Wear the bag and adjust it to your preferred crossbody or shoulder length.
3, Remove it and measure from end to end. That's your ideal strap length.

Another method that is also effective at finding the bag strap length is replicating your existing handbag. If possible, attach your existing bag strap to the bag to determine if it will achieve the desired result.

Below is the recommendation guide to obtaining the strap length based on strap uses. Depending on your height, weight, and bag style, the size of the bag strap may vary. However, the best way to obtain the correct strap length is by measuring it with a string or a tape measure like mentioned above.

Non-delivery, missing items, and damage issues are handled through Etsy’s Purchase Protection. Please submit the appropriate case directly from your order page. To facilitate Etsy's process, we are more than happy to provide relevant packing video footage if requested.

If your item arrived damaged or has missing items:
Please file an “Item arrived damaged” case to request a refund.

If your order hasn’t arrived:
Please check with your local postal service or customs office for any pending duties, taxes, or fees. If there are no outstanding charges and the Estimated Delivery Date has passed, please open a “Non-Delivery” case to request a refund.

We have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us and dispatch the item/s back within 14 days from the delivery date. The 14-day period within which you are eligible to make a return under this policy commences on the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Original shipping fees paid, U.S. tariffs paid, and U.S. customs processing fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective.

US Customers: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Total at checkout includes all import taxes and duties. No additional fees upon delivery.
International Customers: For many countries, Etsy collects and remits applicable taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax etc.) at checkout. These are settled upfront and no further payment is required.
