5 out of 5 starsSince the item hadn't arrived after the stated timeframe, I contacted the seller. She responded very quickly and apologized for the package not arriving. I was immediately offered a free replacement, which I gratefully accepted. Unexpectedly, the package did arrive a few days later, so no replacement needed to be sent after all. The German postal service was just incredibly slow again. Applying it was a little tricky, but that's mostly my fault. There are instructions and a tutorial that are super easy to understand. After two hours of fiddling, I finally got the design attached to my Switch 2 and it looks super cute. I'm just so incredibly happy. <3 I can highly recommend this shop and the designs :D
