My Photography Journey
My photography journey began with a a pair of eastern bluebirds who decided to build a nest in the box just outside my front door. Every morning, around 7:30, the male bluebird would sit on a branch outside the box with a treat for his sweetheart, whether it was a treat to eat or a piece of fluffy material for the nest. The pair raised 3 baby bluebirds, and I was blessed enough to be able to see and photograph the babies as they fledged.
I enjoy photographing nature's beauty wherever I find it, but having lived on the Gulf Coast all of my life, I most enjoy photographing the diverse nature, birds, wildlife, flowers, and beautiful scenery we have in our area. From foxes to bunnies, from sunflowers to roses, butterflies to snakes, and the most gorgeous sunsets, I never seem to lack for something unique to photograph, and hope to bring some of that here for you to enjoy. No matter where you live, always try to take some time to discover what beauty may be right outside your door.
