Very fast processing and delivery. Seller initially thought she would have to charge extra for shipping item. Upon arrival at post office she found a cheaper way to send my package and gave me a refund!. Product is absolutely adorable! Straws a good quality!

Love the product!! It was exactly what I expected! However, shipping time was longer than expected (10 days instead of 4 max). Tracking information would have been helpful as well. I still received my diamond confetti in time though, so I am happy!
