we will dispatch all orders within 24 hrs(exclude Weekend). all Fri./Sat./Sun. order will be dispatched on next Monday.

If no special requirement, all UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, International orders are sent by Economic International Airmail post. They do not have tracking numbers or insurance. Customer can chose to upgrade the shipping service by adding extra cost to get UK Recorded or International Singed For service with tracking number. （Make sure you chose the right shipping service before dispatch, we can not change it after dispatch.）

UK(2nd class): 3-5 working days;
EU and Rest of World(International Signed For):5-10 working days (1-2 weeks);
EU and Rest of World(Economic International Airmail):10-15 working days (2-3 weeks);

please allow up to extra 3-7 days for delivery in case of postal delays especially during National Holiday.If you can't get your items in time, please contact to us first, we will check and solve it for you soon.
