I also keep them stored in the shipping box with bubble wrap, so they don’t break. They are gorgeous & we’re more comfortable on day two, so I recommend breaking them in. :)

Best Way To Travel With 3D Mouse Ears
Although these mouse ears are crafted from the highest quantity materials, all 3D-printed products are fragile and require special care. When traveling, avoid placing your mouse ears in a suitcase or any tightly packed bag. If it's necessary to pack them, it's advisable to bubble wrap the ears and place them in a sturdy box (the one used for shipping your mouse ears is perfect!). Additionally, there are custom bags designed specifically for mouse ears that are excellent for travel. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damage. In the case of accidental impact, the ears may become wiggly; however, they remain securely attached to the headband, are designed to stay upright, and will not come off on their own.
Sizing
Our mouse ears are standard size. Each headband design is made on a black headband that fits most, commonly used by 3D mouse ear creators. Recommended for ages 8 to adults. Please keep in mind that simple ears are best for kids. Detailed designs, adding rhinestones and/or a bow, will increase the overall weight. We provide child-size (recommended for ages 5-7) adjustments for most designs available in our shop upon request. If you have any concerns regarding sizing, please reach out to the shop before placing your order.
Custom and Personalization
Any design can be customized in color. More detailed or extensive customizations are limited. Before ordering, please reach out with any special requests.

What is your current processing time before shipping?
Our shop's processing time ranges throughout the year from 1 to 4 weeks prior to shipping.

When will my order arrive and can you guarantee an exact delivery date?
While we cannot provide exact delivery dates, Etsy provides estimated delivery windows on each listing.
USPS Standard Mail ~ 3–7 days
USPS Priority Mail ~ 2–4 days
USPS Express Mail ~ 1–2 days
Please keep in mind these transit times are estimates, and ultimately, once your package leaves our hands, delivery timing is on the USPS schedule.
What if my trip date falls within the estimated delivery window?
Please note that our shop is super busy creating lots of sparkle and magic! We are unable to accommodate earlier delivery requests unless our "Rush My Order" option is selected (which you can be found at the top of our shop or linked below).
We kindly recommend ordering when your trip date falls after the estimated delivery window.
