  • After the drawing is done, it’s time to make a few prints.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I return a product?

All products are mostly made to order. So when you order we will get to work and make your order into a pretty package. Because it is made to order I can't accept returns. If the product is delivered damaged however, we of course accept a refund!

When will the package be dropped off at the post offices?

Because I work full time, I deliver the packages to the post office at standerd days. That will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This will always be at the end of the day around 16:00 (Eastern European Time (EEST)).

My package is damaged, what now?

It's always possible that a product is damaged during shipment. We always try to package it as good as possible so this will not happen, but when it does, just send me a picture and you will get a refund!
