Announcement    We make our clothes the right way – with a focus on the environment and people.

We are Olivia, Lucy, Alice, Justina, and Matthieu – a family who initially had no connection to clothing, fashion, or the like but eventually found ourselves running a handmade, made-to-order clothing brand in Lithuania.

We use only ethical fabrics. No synthetic, no plastic, no toxic dye, no compromise!

Our weekly production capacity is limited to approximately 250 pieces.
This is what we can do and we do not accept to do more. This way we choose to keep our quality, to not externalise our production to a factory far away, in other words to keep it at a convivial and socially acceptable scale.

We endorse and empower female artisans working independently.
We take immense pride in our team of cutters, seamstresses and embroiderers. Some are full-time professionals, while others sew or embroider around their family responsibilities. Currently, our team is made of approximately 40 skilled women who either work in our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania or from the comfort of their homes.

Machine for our embroideries? No! It’s all done by hand!
Most of our embroidery patterns are designed by our dear Japanese friend Kazuko Aoki. She is not only an extraordinary artist but also a passionate gardener. Her unconditional love for nature is her main source of inspiration and can be easily felt in every design. Indeed, she is able to translate animals, butterflies or leaves on the canvas and make them shine on their own.
Using traditional skills, our team embroiders each piece by hand. On average, one embroidery takes about 75 minutes to make. Being made by a human’s hand, each of them is slightly different from the other, making each of them one of a kind.

Frequently asked questions

Wholesale availability

I do offer wholesale to stores and boutiques who share same values like me all over the world.
Please contact me for more information or follow this link:
https://lapetitealice.com/wholesale-application/

Custom and personalized orders

I do accept custom and personalised orders for an extra fee.
Please contact me directly before buying and i will provide you with more detailed information, pricing and send a custom listing to purchase.
Note, that custom designs are not elegable for returns.

Colour of linen

Natural undyed linen material is affected by it’s growing conditions, this is why the natural colour can vary through 3-4 colour tones.
Even after dyeing linen with the same colour formula on a different linen roll might slightly look different. So if you buy a linen item and after a while come back to my store to buy again (same colour), it could have a very slightly different shade.

Returns

The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered to you, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I return my item?

For any return requests, please contact me first. I’m here to help and will guide you through the process. Please note that returns without prior email confirmation may not be eligible for processing.

Please keep in mind:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
- For returning items of higher value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Can all items be returned?

Please, note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Face masks
- Items bought on sale, ready-to-ship items and samples
- Items with personalized “Letter” or “Initials” embroideries
- Customised designs

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Custom and personalized orders

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for the same item, please write me a message, and I’lll guide you through the exchange process.
