Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges of these items because they are party supplies, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We only accept returns of 1) an unused, 2) unwashed and 3) merchandise inside original bag with original tags attached and intact, within 3 days of the date you received the item.
If you return an item that does not meet ALL THREE CRITERIA, the return will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.
You must open the box, check the item and send us a message via Etsy including the pictures of the box and the damaged item within 24 hours the package was received. If you fail to do so, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved Return

The item must be shipped back to us within 3 calendar days after approved your return. The buyer is responsible to pay for return label. If you return the item because you changed your mind, you cannot assemble it or you did not learn all information about the product from the listing and pictures, you will be charged 25% restocking fee at the refund moment. In the case of damaged item, we can replace the parts or the entire item. If we determine that the item is eligible for refund by inspecting it, the price of the item will be refunded, BUT the shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable!
If you would like to schedule a return, please send a message via Etsy within 24 hours the package was received to arrange the shipping.
